Explore the world from the Downtown Huntsville Library with our International Film Series. Each month we will be highlighting a new country with a film from our international media collection. This month we are showing Wadjda. Released in 2012, Wadjda tells the story of an enterprising Saudi girl who signs on for her school's Koran recitation competition as a way to raise the remaining funds she needs in order to buy the green bicycle that has captured her interest.
