Spice Up Your Life

Spice up your life with delicious flavors from around the world, and explore new recipes with spices that you love.  Each attendee will leave with a sample of the month's spice and a couple of recipes to try at home.  This month we explore cumin.  Cumin is a spice made from the dried seed of a plant known as Cuminum cyminum, which is a member of the parsley family. Cumin is one of the most popular spices and is commonly used in Latin American, Middle Eastern, North African, and Indian cuisines, among many others.
