Join us at the Monrovia library for a lesson in quilling! This program will be led by our volunteer, Deanne, who will show you all you need to know to make beautiful and intricate paper art.
Quilling is an art that uses strips of paper that are rolled, curled, and twisted to create intricate designs. We will be making winter themed quilling artwork.
All supplies will be provided.
