Treasure of the Four Crowns (1983)
Adventurer J.T. Striker (Tony Anthony) laughs in the face of danger and assembles a ragtag team of mercenaries to retrieve mystical stones from a deadly cult. This adventure tale blasts off the screen through the wondrous miracle of Supervision! (It's actually anaglyph 3-D.) Okay, this is exactly what Raiders of the Lost Ark would have been like if Cannon Films made it for a fraction of the budget, with cheaper special effects and a star and director known mostly for their spaghetti westerns. Every object not nailed down gets thrown at you in the hopes of distracting you from the fact they forgot to include a coherent story. It was Rated PG by the MPA in 1983 for adult language, situations and humor, gratuitous rubber pterodactyl, gratuitous things on strings and gratuitous Tony Anthony trying to look interested. The Auditorium opens at 6:00 p.m. and the movie begins at 6:30 p.m. Food and drink are allowed in the auditorium during the movie. Please note, table space will be limited. The auditorium will be set mostly with chairs to accommodated the 3-D presentation. 97 minutes.
Gimmick- Presented in Supervision! (Anaglyph 3-D glasses will be provided.)
