Sewing: Visible Mending (with instruction)

Learn how to repair clothing in an intentional, simple, and creative way using hand sewing techniques at the Downtown Huntsville Makerspace. All skill levels are welcome as we explore traditional methods like darning, sashiko, and patchwork. No prior sewing experience is required. 

Please bring an article of clothing you want to repair. All other materials will be provided. A selection of fabric will be provided for patching, but patrons are encouraged to bring their own if they wish.
