Encouragement on Canvas
Saturday, September 12, 2026 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Celebrate the National Day of Encouragement with a creative and uplifting art program! Participants will paint an inspiring word, quote, or positive phrase on canvas to create a meaningful piece of artwork they can display at home or give to someone who could use a little encouragement. No painting experience is necessary, and all supplies will be provided. Join us for a relaxing, creative session as we spread positivity, kindness, and encouragement through art. We'll provide painting supplies, and a fun atmosphere where you can unwind and express your creativity.
Space is limited, so be sure to register early. Please call 256-932-0761 to reserve your place or register at the New Hope Library circulation desk during normal hours.
