Spice up your life with delicious flavors from around the world, and explore new recipes with spices that you love.  Each attendee will leave with a sample of the month's spice and a couple of recipes to try at home.  This month we explore Tamarind. Tamarind has traditionally offered its puckery, highly acidic, tangy-sweet flavor to North African, Indian, Thai, and Filipino cuisines. However, this plump, pod-like fruit (indigenous to Africa) is now jet-setting across the world.
