True Crime Book Club

Do you enjoy discovering the stories behind real-life crimes? This is the book club for you. The True Crime Book Club reads and discusses a variety of the true crime genre. Join us this month as we discuss The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson.
Winner of the Edgar Award for Best Fact Crime in 2004, Larson's account of the Chicago World's Fair of 1893 relates the stories of two men who shaped the history of the event--architect Daniel H. Burnham, who coordinated its construction, and serial killer Herman Mudgett.
True Crime Book Club meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in the Workforce Development Area at the Downtown Huntsville Public Library.
