Infodump Presentation Party
Saturday, August 30, 2025 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Do you ever want to tell someone everything about your favorite hobby, media, or special interest? Do you enjoy making slideshows or posters? Do you like learning new things and meeting new people? Then join us for our first ever infodump party!
Presenters will have 5-10 minutes of uninterrupted sharing time, plus an optional 2-3 minute Q&A to engage with the audience. Audience members don't have to present anything to attend. Snacks, refreshments, and party favors will be provided, but feel free to bring your own safe foods and fidgets as well.
In addition to the party, we will have a safe sensory room featuring our new sensory kits: available for use from the Children's Room, these kits include a pop-up blackout tent, fidgets, stuffies, a star lamp, ear protectors, and emotion puppets.
Presenters must submit an RSVP form (forthcoming) and agree to present a family-friendly topic. The library staff reserves the right to deny or request revisions of topic proposals or presentations if they violate the code of conduct or other library policies.
This program is designed for older teens and young adults ages 16+.
