September’s film will be from the 2010s: Inception

Inception is a 2010 science fiction thriller written and directed by Christopher Nolan. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Dom Cobb, a skilled thief who specializes in extracting secrets from deep within the subconscious during shared dreams. Haunted by guilt and unable to return home to his children, Cobb is offered a chance at redemption when he is tasked with an unprecedented mission: planting an idea inside someone’s mind rather than stealing one. As he assembles a team and descends through layered dream worlds where time and reality blur, the line between memory and imagination begins to collapse. Known for its ambitious visuals, intricate storytelling, and themes of reality, grief, and the power of ideas, Inception stands as a landmark film that challenges audiences to question what is real long after it ends.

Popcorn will be provided!

Doors open at 1:30. Film starts at 2:00.
