Learn about the American Revolutionary Patriots and Veterans who settled in Madison County.

Many Revolutionary Patriots moved west from the Atlantic coast and settled in Madison County in the early 1800s. Dorla Evans and Penny Sumners, members of Twickenham Town Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, will share information about these men and explain why Madison County attracted more than any other Alabama County.

The sessions will be lunch and learn, so bring your own meal to enjoy.
