THIS IS A MAKE-UP SESSION FOR THE CANCELLED AUG. 5th CLASS.

Never touched a sewing machine before? Want to learn how to sew but don't know where to begin? Start here!

In this beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll cover the absolute basics of machine sewing: how to thread the machine, adjust tension, sew a straight line, and troubleshoot common issues without wanting to scream. You’ll leave knowing how to make your machine do what you want—not the other way around.

This is a no-shame, no-stress zone. Whether you’ve got a cosplay in mind, a pair of pants to hem, or you’re just curious, we’ll get you started as we learn together. Machines are provided; this program is located at the Downtown Huntsville Makerspace. All skill levels welcome, but we’ll be going slow and supportive.

Registration is required.
