The Nature of North Alabama State Parks: DeSoto; Lake Guntersville; Cathedral Caverns; Rickwood Caverns (Part Two) with Steve Jones

Madison is blessed to have seven State Parks within a two-hour drive.  Each is rich with the Nature of North Alabama.  This session will present the Nature of DeSoto, Lake Guntersville, Cathedral Caverns, and Rickwood Caverns State Parks through the eyes of a retired forester and ecologist who has relocated to Madison after a career extending across thirteen interstate moves.  The State Parks are individual gems in a statewide necklace of 21 Parks covering nearly 50,000 acres.
