You're invited! NASA Heliophysicists (scientists who study the Sun and its influence on the solar system and beyond) and astronomers from the Von Braun Astronomical Society will celebrate NASA's Heliophysics Big Year by taking part in family-oriented, solar-themed activities. Activities include learning about our Home Star, making solar art with crayons and chalk, creating Christmas-tree decorations, making Ultraviolet-bead bracelets, and safely looking at the Sun through solar telescopes and solar-viewing glasses.

More information about NASA's Heliophysics Big Year though this link.

Contact Carolyn at creagle@hmcpl.org with any questions.
