Your Name. (2016, Romance/Drama/Fantasy, 1h 46m, PG)
Mitsuha, a teenage girl from a small mountain town, and Taki, a teenage boy in Tokyo are complete strangers living separate lives, until both suddenly start to have strange dreams where they've switched places--and bodies. Before long, they both realize that these aren't just dreams, and as they adjust to living parts of each others’ lives (and are forced to allow someone else to learn their secrets and shortcomings), anger and awkwardness soon grow into mutual interest and a truly deep connection. But when they finally decide to meet in person, the strength of their bond will be tested, because far more is at stake than a simple meeting, and distance isn’t the only thing that separates these star-crossed would-be lovers.
Does the red string of fate bind Mitsuha and Taki together, or will their connection fray and sever? Japan's #1 film of 2016, from visionary writer/director Makoto Shinkai!
The Auditorium opens at 6:00 p.m. and the movie begins at 6:30 p.m. Food and drink are allowed in the auditorium during the film. We will be watching the English dub of this film.
