Curious about journaling but not sure where to start? Want to refresh your journaling practice? This class is for you!
This program explores many different ways to keep a journal. Maybe you'll discover a way that works best for you!
Participants will try short, guided exercises and learn tips for building a journaling habits. Whether you love words, doodles, or bullet points, this class is all about experimentation, self-expression, and finding joy on the page. Simple, inexpensive journals will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
